| Lauren and Heidi have painstakingly identified 55 prisoner's who never left the Island. Their graves have nothing more than the number that they were registed as in the official records. Not even the name that the prisoner bore on his clothing and was used, in place of his name, by the authorities. These prisoners have now become much more than just a number on a cross, as the book contains their names, nationality, age, crime and sentence as well as personal details and cause of death. | |
